Terms of Service

WePro is a non-custodial software interface and automation layer for trading on Polymarket, a third-party prediction-market venue. WePro provides order entry, take-profit / stop-loss automation, the AutoPilot and Council strategy tools, and copy-trading. WePro is not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or investment adviser, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. Trades are executed against the venue; WePro does not take custody of your funds beyond the encrypted trading wallet you alone control.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that prediction-market trading and use of the Service are lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service may be geofenced and is void where prohibited.
• You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a restricted territory.

The Service is non-custodial. A trading wallet is generated for you and the private key is encrypted; you may export it at any time and you alone are responsible for its security. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. WePro cannot recover lost keys and is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials or devices.

• Plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) carry the prices shown on the pricing page and a per-trade fee in basis points that varies by tier.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is settled on-chain in stablecoin (USDC); WePro does not process card or fiat payments.
• Because blockchain payments are final and irreversible, fees and subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are subject to change with notice.

AutoPilot, Council and copy-trading execute orders automatically based on the parameters you configure. They are decision-support and execution tools, not financial advice or a recommendation to trade. You are responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and outcomes of any automation you enable. WePro does not guarantee any profit, signal accuracy, execution price, or uptime, and past performance does not indicate future results.

Prediction-market trading is high risk and you may lose some or all of your funds. You acknowledge that you have read and accept the Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
• Do not circumvent geofencing, access controls, or rate limits, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service on behalf of any sanctioned person or restricted territory.

Your trades are subject to the terms, rules, market resolutions, and availability of Polymarket and other third-party providers (RPC nodes, relayers, infrastructure). WePro is not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, resolution decisions, or policies of those third parties.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WePro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that signals or executions will be timely or profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WePro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. WePro’s total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to WePro in the three months preceding the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WePro and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time. WePro may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Your funds remain in the non-custodial wallet you control.

WePro may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of WePro.fit is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive participation in any class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
